Subscription and Add-on payments are refundable up to the amount corresponding to undelivered products, minus a $10 administrative fee. Shares and other products not picked up by members during the designated time slot are considered forfeited by the member.
We will not share your personal information with anyone, except that member phone numbers and email addresses will be given to site hosts for special pick-up arrangements.
If you will be going on vacation, or otherwise know in advance that you will not be able to pick up your shares and other products, please notify us by email at least a week prior to the delivery so we don't send a box for you. If you have notified us at least a week in advance, we will credit you in some way that is satisfactory to both of us, such as the following examples: biweekly members can receive a box on the "off week", credit for our farmers market stand or additional products from our online store, or a refund. If you do not notify us at least a week in advance, your missed share may be considered forfeited by you and may be donated to someone else.
By joining our CSA or purchasing any products from us, you agree to the following.
We at Wimer's Organics wish to provide you with fresh, local, seasonal food and you (the Member) wish to receive a portion of our harvest. This agreement outlines our shared commitments to that relationship.
You agree to pay in full for the items you order according to the schedule you have chosen at the time you sign up. It is your responsibility to keep track of how much you owe and to make timely payments. Our policy is to only send pre-paid items. If you ever have any questions about the status of your order or payment, please contact us by phone or email.
You agree that you are able and will indeed pick up your items from the pick-up location you have chosen during the hours designated for that pick-up location. If you are unable to pick up your items during the designated timeframe, you are responsible for arranging for someone else to pick up your share for you. If you are delayed due to traffic or other unforeseen event, you may contact the site host or Wimer's Organics before the end of the timeframe and request alternate pick up arrangements. Wimer's Organics and the pick-up site hosts are under no obligation to provide you with alternate pick-up arrangements. If you do not contact either the site host or Wimer's Organics before the end of the designated pick-up time, your shares and other ordered items will be forfeited by you for that delivery.
You agree that the quantity of produce will vary from week-to-week based on what is in season. We will do our best to provide you with a bountiful share each week.
By joining our CSA, you are agreeing to share the risk of crop failure with us and other members. Crop failure and diminished harvests occur regularly in farming due to extreme weather, insects, or other production factors despite our best efforts. In the event of poor harvest or crop failure, we will make every attempt to supply our CSA members with at least some of that particular crop, either from our own production, or possibly by purchasing from another local farmer if it is available. CSA members get the first and best of the harvest.
Although food safety is a great concern and priority of Wimer's Organics, none of the raw farm products we deliver can be considered "table ready" according to US public health standards. We are not able to adequately wash them to a satisfactory sanitary condition. You take full responsibility for your own health and safety in consuming any products we deliver to you.
You are responsible to contact us within 24 hours of the pick-up time if there is anything wrong with your order. Sooner is better. If you find problems with your items after 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do what we can to rectify the situation.

Wimer's Organics will deliver the items you have ordered in the amounts and in the timeframe described on our website. We will make every effort to provide you with the best we have in every delivery week. In the event we are unable to deliver the items you have ordered, we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible by phone and/or email that you have provided so other arrangements can be made.
In Exodus 33:19 (NASB), God says, "…I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious…" , and Proverbs tell us that a merciful man does himself good. Though we don't claim equality with God, we wish to do ourselves good and reserve the right to be merciful and gracious to any customer we choose by going out of our way to give grace periods and offer alternate arrangements, etc.
